I dealt with several people who were courteous and professional. They even fixed my glasses I need to wear until the prescriptions arrive. I really liked the services they provided.
My experience here is always wonderful the entire staff is friendly and professional. Shout out to Manny for being so sweet and welcoming.
Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. When I was unhappy with how my glasses turned out, they upsold me on a $250 upgrade. Then explained I'd lost my warranty only after the upgrade happened. I was unhappy with the new frames and they did nothing to make it right. I'll NEVER go back. Do not recommend. Zero stars.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
The staff was very helpful and informative during my appointment and picking out frames for my new glasses. Can not wait to try out my new glasses.
