READ before choosing this place!!! I would give this place a zero if possible. My son and I entered and were greeted with such a caddy person. I have never met anybody like her. I informed her my son had an appointment to get an exam and in a snarky, rude tone she asked for my insurance. I handed it to her and she immediately replied, "WE DON'T EXCEPT THAT!" My first visit went well after finding my fit into okay contact since they don't order bauch & lomb. My contacts came it quickly. But this year I had my appointment and ordered contacts and was told that with my insurance its be about $115. Got a call today that id have to pay full price simce appearantly my insurance won't cover the other amount til April. RecommendedWow. I was already very happy with the Drs and staff but their professionalism after a mix up really impressed me. It’s clear they care about their patients. I feel that they have gone above and beyond and I am recommending them to all of my friends and family. I can’t say enough good things.
The person helping me had no idea what she was doing. Didn’t know how to look up my insurance. The guy working assumed I was using Medicaid. When they did pull my insurance they didn’t know if anything was covered. Did not use them, I will continue to use Costco.
This is first time coming to their new office. Staff is very friendly and accommodating! Dr. Hands is great too and made sure I found the right fit for my contacts. Thank you !
Loved the friendly staff but the service is bad. It has been over a month since they ordered my glasses. I call on a weekly basis and they tell me, it was sent off last week to the Optical place. Friday will be 5 WEEKS!! I had never waited that long with other Optical places. This is insane! I think I will go back to Sandia Vision. My sister and nephew are waiting on their eye glasses too. It's been a month for them. Frustrated......
I had a fantastic experience today at Casey Optical Too! The office staff was great and Dr. Hands was patient and thorough. Erin was so helpful in helping my choose the best glasses to fit my facial features! I highly recommend Dr. Hands and Casey Optical Too for your vision needs!!
