I have not seen an Optometrist for quite some time as my previous Optometrist retired. Dr. Casey was new to me. I was there for a general eye exam. I thought he was extremely thorough, professional, and friendly. He had offered glasses and contact lenses that I have never been offered before. Dr. Casey and his entire team are absolutely wonderful. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcomed and taken care of. Everyone is genuinely kind, patient, and easy to talk to. First time here and my overall experience was great. The staff and doctor were extremely friendly, and there was a decent selection of frames to choose from. I also felt the exam was very thorough. I’m super satisfied to have found a new place for my glasses, can’t wait to get them. Thank you guys!
Everyone was so kind from the first phone call, to the pre- exam. They use the latest technology and no big puff of air! Dr. Casey gave my prescription the upgrade I needed and was helpful while patiently answering my questions 🙂I even got a bday gift with this cool gel Lense cleaner! Thanks Team!
I can't believe I have to write this, but Casey Optical Too lied to me several times. I ordered a pair of $500 glasses and they arrived over 2 weeks late. When I picked them up and asked why I was not notified of the delay they told me they would conduct an "investigation." I called back a week later and was told they had called me several times.
