READ before choosing this place!!! I would give this place a zero if possible. My son and I entered and were greeted with such a caddy person. I have never met anybody like her. I informed her my son had an appointment to get an exam and in a snarky, rude tone she asked for my insurance. I handed it to her and she immediately replied, "WE DON'T EXCEPT THAT!"
