I have not seen an Optometrist for quite some time as my previous Optometrist retired. Dr. Casey was new to me. I was there for a general eye exam. I thought he was extremely thorough, professional, and friendly. He had offered glasses and contact lenses that I have never been offered before. Dr. Casey and his entire team are absolutely wonderful. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcomed and taken care of. Everyone is genuinely kind, patient, and easy to talk to. Everyone was so kind from the first phone call, to the pre- exam. They use the latest technology and no big puff of air! Dr. Casey gave my prescription the upgrade I needed and was helpful while patiently answering my questions 🙂I even got a bday gift with this cool gel Lense cleaner! Thanks Team!
First time here and my overall experience was great. The staff and doctor were extremely friendly, and there was a decent selection of frames to choose from. I also felt the exam was very thorough. I’m super satisfied to have found a new place for my glasses, can’t wait to get them. Thank you guys!
My prescription sunglasses are fabulous. Kudos to the young man who worked with me on all the choices in lens treatments. He listened to my concerns; succinctly and clearly answering when I asked for the rationale for his recommended choices. The result is a perfect pair of glasses with better near mid and far vision than my regular glasses (from the same prescription). I’ll be returning to Casey Optical Too for all my glasses in the future.
