Called to confirm an appointment and after a LENGHTY hold, was told the appointment had been cancelled because Dr. Mickler no longer sees adults. No one bothered to call, email, write or otherwise notify me of this change. Now I have to start all over with another provider. That is not patient-centered care. In fact, it is malpractice.
Dr Mickler is amazing! He truly cares for your little ones!
Staff was amazing . Dr Mickler was not. He was so unprofessional and rude. My child did not receive any care from this man because he a was to busy talking down to me like I was an idiot. I have never had to walk out of any appointment for my child. I will not be back. PLEASE pay attention to all the one star reviews before going to him.
We love Dr. Mickler. He’s seen my son since my son was a newborn. He has done 4 eye surgeries on my son. He is very kind and doesn’t get frustrated at all with my son. (My son is 20 months so getting him to sit still for the eye exam is not easy) I can tell Dr. Mickler does his job because he actually cares, not just because it’s a paycheck.
