RecommendedSales rep. was very helpful about answering questions. He was very professional. He seemed to really take an interest in satisfing my concerns. Also the finance mgr. was really helpful in trying to get you the best deal. I was very pleased with the service from everyone at Casey Jackson Ford.
Car shoppers BEWARE... this is the absolute WORST car shopping experience I have EVER had. Picked out a car online, called in the day before and told them I would be there the next day to look at and purchase the car, they said they would “hold it for [me].” I drove 200 miles and almost 3 hours to buy this car, and they sold it out from under us as soon as we got there. save your money and time and go ANYWHERE ELSE.
They looked out for us on our 1st Sorento. It got totaled last week.. Well they did it AGAIN! Y'ALL DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH THIS MEANS TO US!!! THANK Y'ALL!

The buyback event is very misleading. $4,000 over KBB, nope not even close, more like a offer of $4,000 below KBB. I also knew what negative equity I should eat and no negotiating was offered. Just a low ball offer. John Moore, was super nice and genuine, have dealt with him before and he’s a nice guy.
