This review isn’t just coming from me to a of people I know and other Subaru dealerships will say the same thing. Don’t take your vehicle here to get served they clame they did the work/repairs but in fact they don’t do it the right way. All caught on camera footage in the car which is on YouTube, FB, instagram and Twitter. I had a very interesting experience today at Casey Subaru with some positives and a huge negative that is deeply concerning. I will start by saying Cameron and Thomas went above and beyond to provide me with amazing customer service. I felt like I was talking to friends, not sales people. They offered me water, kept giving me updates and Cameron thoroughly explained all of the bike racks with patience and understanding. Came here looking to buy a car for my daughter. Walked around the lot for 15 min, stood inside for 20, asked for help and everybody thought I was crazy. If things the type of service they provide somebody looking to buy a car, I can only imagine what it would be like when you bring said vehicle in for service.
