I recently brought my 2nd Honda from Casey Honda and my experience was once again super phenomenal! Dana was once again my salesman and the Casey team should be honored to have her! Her friendly and bubbly personality made the whole experience stress free and enjoyable. I also would like to thank Rick for working with me and giving me a pretty good deal! Lastly, Matthew made the paperwork process very efficient and he was also very friendly. I absolutely love my new Accord Hybrid and thank you guys again!!
Everything was perfect. Great buying experience.
Lots of either miscommunication or just trying to take up your time. It took 5 hours to try to schedule an appointment for basic detail and tint installation. Was told prior to paying it would take maybe 3 hours. After I paid I was then told it’s gonna be 3-4 days before I could get my vehicle back. Terrible communication and not telling you everything you need to know
It was a good the customer service was woundful and I love my truck and thank y'all again.
David was very helpful.
