Purchased a vehicle from Casey and the sales person, J'air was absolutely top notch... knowledge, caring, and made the process easy without any pressure. One of the best i have ever worked with.
I really hate to give such a low rating because I've been a customer here for 7 years and have purchased multiple vehicles at this location. However I scheduled an appointment for 1:15 PM for an oil change and state inspection, yet as of 3:40 PM I was still waiting at the dealership. I was given an estimate of an hour and a half. At that point, it honestly raises the question of why appointments are scheduled at all if customers are not going to be serviced anywhere close to their reserved time.
