Casey doesn’t return calls when you have questions or issues. Only talked to you when signing you up for policies at the first time. Melissa gave wrong deductible info causes huge financial loss when filing claim. I will move my business to somewhere else.
Response rate from Casey himself wasn't good at all (about half). When Casey wasn't reachable, the others at Country gave contradicting info. What sealed the 1 star for me was when I shopped around for better rates. The very first company was about $500/yr cheaper for half the deductible. I'll be switching next month.

I have used Casey as my home and auto insurance agent for many years now. I have found him to be available, honest, genuine and interested in helping people. When my home had a burst pipe Country took very good care of me and I ended up having to have all new carpet and new paint throughout my home. He is very easy to work with and has always been there for me educating me about insurance and helping out when I have needed it. Country Financial and Casey are there for you!
