Honestly, just really poor customer service. Took them five weeks from deposit payment to get me an install date. Was told installation would take a day, it took three. Coil is constantly freezing up, system is not working correctly. Repeated calls have gone to voicemail and are never returned, now more than a month after the problems were initially reported. The HVAC guys and electricians that came to my house seemed to be good, hard-working people, but the folks in the office are just not. Really wishing I had gone with so... read more
Closed the doors abruptly 7/25/25. No longer in business.
I'm hoping I'm wrong, but at this point in time I've been unable to get any response from this company for the past ten days since paying a considerable deposit (over 16K)
My drip pan started to overflow from my attic and I called Casey HVAC and they came right down and fixed the issue immediately. I highly recommend them.
