I rarely write reviews online, but I really want to leave one for them. My house is newly built, but the garage door had failed to close properly several times. The builder came to fix it twice, but a few months later the same problem came back. Last year I found Hani, and he didn’t just make the door function and leave —he carefully inspected it, discovered the root cause, and realigned the tracks. I’m very grateful to him. It’s been over a year now and I haven’t had the same issue again.
Came home and realised the garage door wouldn’t open. Found a 5 star rating garage repair company (Trung) on Google and called them. After telling them what happened, they insisted that my garage door is on manual mode and wouldn’t need any repair. Check again and tried calling them but wouldn’t answer my call anymore.
