Firstly spoke to the boss. Y'know when you talk to somebody and you get the feeling you're dealing with someone honest, decent, won't leave you regretting your decision? This is Hani - good guy. Then, his son Matt comes out the next day with my new Garage Door motor. Exactly the unit ordered. Installed quickly, efficiently, and competently. What else d'ya need?
