I am EXTREMELY fussy when it comes to flowers, and Casey Florist Co did a FABULOUS job on the bouquet I ordered! I sent a few photos for reference and explained to them what I wanted, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations! The quality of the flowers was excellent. The bouquet was absolutely gorgeous and beautifully wrapped in white wrapping with a pretty pink bow. This very fussy customer is a very happy customer! THANK YOU! :)
I was happy with the flowers themselves, however the customer service was very disappointing. The staff member was quite rude and came across as irritated when I asked questions. There was little to no eye contact, and I felt as though my presence was an inconvenience. After purchasing the flowers, there was no customer service experience at all. Absolutely beautiful flowers and outstanding service! The arrangement was fresh, vibrant, and put together with so much care and creativity. The florist was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience easy from start to finish. Delivery was right on time, and the flowers lasted much longer than expected.
