I've been working with Craig Smith from EMI for quite some time now and his no none sense, all business with a sense of humor and the ability to deliver in a timely manner is the best in the industry, weather its equipment repair or replacement parts I never worry on completion time lines, they always keep you informed of repair delays do to back orders.
