I have received constant false information from my service advisor as well as not being able to reach her for days at a time while my vehicle sat in the lot waiting to be repaired. After they finally got to my vehicle, I spent almost *****for them to "repair" the problem only for my vehicle to break down on me a day later with the same problem that I brought it in for. Took my 2017 Silverado into have the engine inspected for lifter noise rough transmission shift. Lifter failure is a known issue on these trucks due to the active fuel management system. Noise is very prominent and Casey refused to look at my vehicle. They said they "test drove it, and it was fine" despite the lifter noise that could be heard from several feet away. I recently posted a review regarding my vehicle which I just picked up last Friday. My vehicle which sat at the dealership service department for a month, after I had just had it there the month before and paid $1100 for the same problem that I brought it back for. Please trust the users Reviews and not the Score. I have had multiple issues with service at this location. Even witnessed an older gentlemen get charged *** ******* *or an air filter and cabin filter in his Tundra. They were charging **** over MSRP for vehicles when I went to buy also. Casey has a Vast Social Media Response Team as these Large Auto Groups Desire to keep a positive Rating to Prey on consumers. ***should fix their rating.

All I need is help to cancel my gap and my warranty and can't get that .I have called and my husband has sent emails to the finance managers. Just send me documents to sign to cancel my X3 warranty and gap and I would not do business with them again

Purchased a new vehicle from Casey Toyota. Danny ***** added on GAP insurance despite being told I did not want it. Both Danny and our sales representative were well aware we did not want GAP insurance. Danny told me I could cancel it after 90 days. After calling ***** *****, I learned this was not a requirement and that the insurance was added to benefit the individual selling it. Unsure if any other hidden fees were included in my loan. Still attempting to confirm that the paperwork to cancel GAP has been applied.

Just under a month ago I purchased a Toyota Highlander from ***** Honda in Newport news. There was a nick in the windshield that had a starburst larger than a quarter. In the contract it said it would be repaired or replaced.ï�� This means, from what I've learned, ï��ï��It should be replaced because it's larger than a quarter. Do not buy a car from this dealer, the owned ******** Auto Credit that fraudulent used people names to buy auto and charge high interest rates. Please don't, and they have in-house company that legally collect on the ********* paper work. Watch out.
