Stopped by to look at flooring and the place was empty. No customers and only 1 sales person who didn't really help at all. He showed us the area of floors we were looking for then went and sat back down

I bought top of the line Keristan carpet that had a guarantee to be stain proof/resistant for our new home in June of 2015. Casey did a great job. I did the professional cleaning every year for the warranty on the carpet. Sometimes having it cleaned more often. I contacted them around May or June of 2023 because there were some stains that would not go away even after several professional cleaning treatments. I had to call on several occasions.
