I needed good service FAST. I was selling a house and discovered there were far more stains in the carpet than I initially thought. After crying for at least 6 hours, I spoke with Lisa who sent Greg out the NEXT morning. With my eyes puffy and red from my absolutely dreadful state, Greg was excellent at working with me to get the carpet they had in stock that came closest to what I needed to match it to. Trent made the process of choosing and measuring the flooring so easy! Carlos and Daniel installed our carpet and did amazing! They were fast, professional, and did an awesome job.
