The buying experience was great but not even after a year seams are coming undone. Would not recommend using their installer. **UPDATE** After leaving my previous review the installation manager, Jerry reached out and came to inspect the install. Jerry apologized for the error of previous installer. Jerry made sure this was corrected and we are very happy with Jerry’s customer service and how he made everything right. First, my compliments to the install crew. They were great and we are really pleased with their work. Unfortunately, this was not the case with the sales, they did have poor communication and should be in contact a little more. I had received a follow up call on how they could do better from the owner which means a lot. Altogether our experience has been generally good.

We recently purchased carpet for about 1600 square feed in our home. We were working on a tight time-frame and AJ did a great job of getting us in for a quote and finding a good selection of carpets available in stock for a quick install. We were pleased with the quality available as well as the friendly and hard-working crew that installed the carpets. I would highly recommend Casey Carpet One!
