The buying experience was great but not even after a year seams are coming undone. Would not recommend using their installer. **UPDATE** After leaving my previous review the installation manager, Jerry reached out and came to inspect the install. Jerry apologized for the error of previous installer. Jerry made sure this was corrected and we are very happy with Jerry’s customer service and how he made everything right. We had a wonderful experience with Casey Carpet One! Very fast response and order came in quickly! And Daniel and Carlos, very good installers, very professional! They mopped the floor and cleaned up very nicely!! Highly recommended!!
Great experience dealing with Casey Carpets all throughout the process; buying, installation and follow-up. At each phase of the project, the people I dealt with were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Austin is the sales person I had the pleasure to work with. The installation crew was excellent. This was a pleasant experience and I am extremely pleased with my carpet and laminate flooring.
AJ Torres is the best floor guy to know. He listened to our needs and was able to help us get the exact flooring we were looking for. The tile installers, Carlos and his two sons, were incredibly kind, respectful and worked so hard. I am amazed at the job they did, and I would definitely use them again in the future! Highly recommend!!!
