Have sought help from Dr. Casey for years. First introduced when my husband had a hip replacement. Another time when my husband had another hip replacement. Both times I was highly impressed with Dr. Casey's demeanor and willingness to help. Years later I had need if his services to have arthritic buildup removed from my right knee. At that time I commented to him about how knowledgeable and courteous his staff is. Couldn't have asked for any better treatment than what we were given over many years
He did orthoscopic surgery twice on my shoulder and it never helped I went to another Dr and had to have a replacement. I don't think he knows how
My appointment was very efficient. He didn't speak over my head, rather explained things in a manner that I could understand. He gave me treatment options and let me know which ones he thought worked best but respected my decision in the end. He is very knowledgeable. Exactly what I want when I go to a doctor- knowledgeable, efficient and effective. I would recommend him. I also like that he comes to Morgan City.
Nice guy. But strange. On the same Day, dude gives me a full duty release Back to work. WITHOUT even informing me. THEN, he orders 6 more Sessions of physical therapy a few minutes later, telling me he'd set the therapy up. Something wrong with the picture here?

Dr. Brett Casey has treated me several times on 2 different issue’s in the past 5 yrs. Recently, he did my Corpal Tunnel surgery 7/2018 on my right hand. Once again he fixed my issue without any ongoing issue’s. He knows when I walk through the door it’s real! Therefore, I have gained much respect and trust with my life in his hands. I’m still walking on my knee replacement he did 5 years ago! And when it needs a tune-up, I’ll be back to see him. I’m so comfortable with Dr. Casey, he is always there when I need him. 5 years ago Dr. Casey Replaced My Right Knee & Iam so Grateful I went to Him to do it ... and now just 6 weeks ago I had my Left Hip Replaced & again Iam Grateful He did the Surgery ... I Reccomend Dr.Casey To Any One Wanting , Needing or Thinking of having Orthopedic Surgery .... He is The Best !!! Sincerely , Janice Bethancourt
I had a painful rotator cuff injury and saw Dr Casey. When I went in for my first appointment he was super nice and the office staff was extremely helpful. He explained everything about my surgery in depth and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I now have zero pain and full use of my shoulder. I would absolutely see Dr Casey again!
Dr Casey takes the time to listen to the concerns of his patients. he cares for them as he would a family member. He always goes out of his way to take care of your needs so you will have the smallest amount of pain and expense. I appreciate the help he has always given me. I would definitely recommend him.
