My husband love everything about this office. It's great to have a dentist that cares and does an excellent job. He is very skilled and efficient. I love the dental assistant, receptionist and hygenist too. Everyone is pleasant and professional. The office is beautiful and cozy. I am so glad this place does take our insurance. What a world of difference compared to the last place I went to for years in Caro where most workers and especially that Dr. did not care. very happy with my dental treatment with caseville family dentistry. it’s been a long journey getting my dental treatments finished (they are not my first dentist) but they were quick with getting me in and flexible with my treatment! i feel so much better with my smile just by the few appointments i had here. i recommend them highly. their staff is quick, professional, and kind.
The front desk staff was great, however the doctor has ZERO bedside manner. To throw your hands in the air and walk out while a patient is speaking with you is absurd. After he walked out the hygienist wanted to argue on his behalf, I told her I'm not trying to argue with anyone, and left. When I walk in telling you I'm having pain and the tooth needs a root canal which I can't afford or to be extracted and I'm given the price of extraction at the time of making the visit- why would I have an appointment for you to tell me I... read more
