I was visiting from out of town, and my sister took me to Caseus. I wanted to go back multiple times during my two-week visit! I had the George Hall sweet potatoes, and it was one of the best dishes ever. I live in Oklahoma, so I can't go back, but I am hoping someone at Caseus sees this and gives me the recipe. The sweet potato skin was slightly crispy. The mustard was a fantastic complement while the pancetta added a savory and pretty element. The ladies at the cheese shop were helpful and pleasant too. I was just there today, I was impressed and even though they were quite busy they took all the time you needed and were also extremely helpful. We love the soft smelly cheeses and they definitely tingled our tastebuds. Three cheers enjoy your day off tomorrow it is well deserved, and next time I will bring the brandy.
Although I might be a bit biased as I know some staff quite well, I have to say that in my numerous visits to Caseus I (and guests I have invited) have never been disappointed! The quality of both the food and staff has always been A1! From the staff's knowledge of the menu to the incredible food that comes from the small kitchen is/are a force to behold! KUDOS! xxooxx
