Affordable rent. Pretty nice neighborhood. I just don't like the inconsistency in people with dogs getting in trouble for not having dogs on a leash. Only people with bigger dogs are singled out when multiple people let their tiny dogs run around and there is no issue. People also throw their trash out the window (which I find in my driveway and yard frequently) and drive through at all hours of the night with loud music/heavy bass and I don't think the issue has ever been addressed.
