It seems they get a bad rep. on here But honestly, my family rather use them, than try to use those bigger companies
Been on hold for 30 minutes for customer service! I need to cancel because moving and have them pick up their bins. The 800 number is answered in PA and she transferred me to a local 413 number.
Awful customer service, use someone, anyone else!
