I dont know if its the company or their drivers. I live on a private road with a substantial hill. Casella has decided they wont come down our road any more. I understood winter, but not even the warm months. 9 houses and those drivers can't handle it. I can assure you casella and the town of windham that if any of my family or neighbors get significantly injured bringing the large barrels up or down the hill the most incredible lawsuit will be coming your way. It's good to know people in high places. Xoxo

What a joke. These guys can drive through our parking lots but they can't pick up the recycling that was put out on Monday. I don't know who's running this company but they are incompetent

It was a pleasure working with Casella Waste on our project in Buxton Maine. The customer service we received when calling to order and wrap up the project was exceptional. The driver delivering and picking up the dumpster was very friendly. Nice to work with good people. We will be calling them for more in the future.

God awful company with an monopolizing grip on the industry in the area. They send two trucks every morning at 4AM to the Longfellow Hotel in Portland which is surrounded by residents and hotel guests. They been asked multiple times to try to switch pickup times and they lied saying they will. This has been going on for almost two years. And Casella, please don't leave a comment providing a generic phone number with somebody who will do nothing about this issue as you've already done.
