Terrible. Half of your recycling goods will be refused and the attitudes are sub par.
I had been a customer on auto pay for years. I canceled my service finally after years of being disappointed. The last straw was charging me double price for a few extra bags after we missed 2 previous pick ups. Years of changing times for pick up. My garbage cans have not had wheels on them for at least the past year because of the driver sliding them across the street. I would never recommend Casella waste systems to anyone. They get paid no matter what and provide horrible service. Buyer beware.
They never pick up trash when supposed to and have poor reasons why.
I called to get a price quote. Just an Fyi they said they don't service Cortland anymore.
