Absolutely pathetic and shambolic. This is hands down the worst-run company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. You call them with an issue — nothing gets resolved. Then when you follow up later, it’s like it never even happened. “Oh, we don’t have any record of that.” ARE YOU SERIOUS? This isn’t just bad service — it’s nonexistent. I paid my account in full and Casella took my money from my account 3 days prior to my trash pickup day. Yet my trash was not picked up and my account on their portal still says I owe them money. Their customer service representative tells me that my account is locked and they do not know when my account will be unlocked. Even though they have my money, they cannot tell me when my account will be unlocked and my trash will be picked up. Cassella sucks. They are always late or don't pick up at all on trash day. Forget about a pickup if your day falls on a holiday, you'll be waiting a week. I gave a star because this won't post, but they are no stars.

03/12/25: I have to give it to the Casella team again. We were on a family trip that started 2 days before our pickup day. So we decided to just leave our refuse can by the garage and we'd just deal w/ the excess (not picked up) trash when we returned (rather than having to leave the container by the curb for two days).
