Absolutely pathetic and shambolic. This is hands down the worst-run company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. You call them with an issue — nothing gets resolved. I paid my account in full and Casella took my money from my account 3 days prior to my trash pickup day. Yet my trash was not picked up and my account on their portal still says I owe them money. Their customer service representative tells me that my account is locked and they do not know when my account will be unlocked. Even though they have my money, they cannot tell me when my account will be unlocked and my trash will be picked up. Cassella sucks. They are always late or don't pick up at all on trash day. Forget about a pickup if your day falls on a holiday, you'll be waiting a week. I gave a star because this won't post, but they are no stars.
