Great customer service and support. They give you a recycling & trash bin. No sort, full size recycling bin. A little pricey but overall very satisfied with their customer service and would highly recommend!!!
This is every single week where this company forgets or just don’t feel like picking up recycling bins , I have contacted the company directly and they assured me it would be corrected I’m pretty sure the city of Worcester is tired of hearing the complaints , and employees get mad when we report this with vulgarity and temper tantrum when picking up ( I have video to prove this with audio) can we please get this stuff picked up before it ends up in city park
Brianna Shaw was amazing to work with. She made magic happen and I appreciate her with my whole heart. My dumpster had been put in the wrong place in my parking lot on a weekend I had a huge outdoor party planned in that parking lot. She was able to get an emergency move of the dumpster very last minute to make sure my party was not ruined by the placement of the dumpster. I dont usually have troubles with Casella but we have a huge unhoused population in our neighborhood now so pushing the dumpster back helps with those pro... read more
I rarely leave a bad review but the drivers you have who picks up recycling are the rudest people we have in Worcester. I’m not sure why Worcester contracts with companies like.
Very similar situation to most of the others here. I live in Rutland and my trash is very rarely picked up on time. Sometimes weeks are missed. I'm working on trying to get reimbursed for missed trash pickup days. People should not be paying for services they are not receiving. I went with Casella because they were the cheapest...but the service has been horrible the past year!
