Our Trash & Recycling bin are always outside at the Curb early in the Morning but, they either come really late like around 5 Pm or they don't come until the next day! This is Ridiculous & I don't have time to check their Website!!!!
Extremely unreliable service. Pickups were missed multiple times with little to no communication. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company.
Worst People to deal with , the have no problem charging you full amount every month but Iv been getting serviced 2-3 times max because they always find an ba excuse that they couldn’t come and some how it’s my fault ,I’m locked into a agreement I wasn’t even aware of so please call waste management because this people absolutely suck
They have been missing pickups quite frequently lately and always has an excuse on why even if it’s a blatant lie. Tried multiple times to adjust and work with them but they keep failing. Working on switching now and they are going to lose a BIG contract. Never seen a company want to lose business this bad
They do not do their job. Entitled company that gets contract money and doesn't take that seriously at all. Always missing their pick up days all over the city. Awful.
