Very similar situation to most of the others here. I live in Rutland and my trash is very rarely picked up on time. Sometimes weeks are missed. I'm working on trying to get reimbursed for missed trash pickup days. People should not be paying for services they are not receiving. I went with Casella because they were the cheapest...but the service has been horrible the past year!
Jordan was absolutely amazing she was very understanding and professional on how she handled my questions! She also called back when she said she would and I appreciate that greatly!
It's so rare to find a company so willing to rip off customers, but this is definitely one. Since I've signed up, they've straight up ignored my trash and recycling instead of picking it up. I'm not exaggerating, it's that bad. I've paid them for a service they agreed to provide, they willfully neglected to provide the service, and still taken my money. After having them not pick up my bins once again yesterday, I've decided I've had enough and canceled them. Any company would be better than this one. Believe the reviews.
