This is the worst company, they have missed pick up’s, then lie about it, very difficult to contact someone who is willing to help. They offer calls back that never happen. I will be contacting other companies and switching. But I don’t recommend them.
Friday, June 19th, Casella truck picks up my neighbor's trash at around 11:15 am. I usually wait about a half hour for the same truck to come back up. Never came back up my street. I've been waiting for too long, and I'm getting sick and tired of the Friday routes always being so late. When Republic Services used to do all of this they all did my area's pick up in the AM!!! They've done a lot better than this company has done. Casella, change the Friday routes to be at earlier times and be more on time with pickups! So sick ... read more
Our Trash & Recycling bin are always outside at the Curb early in the Morning but, they either come really late like around 5 Pm or they don't come until the next day! This is Ridiculous & I don't have time to check their Website!!!!
Extremely unreliable service. Pickups were missed multiple times with little to no communication. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company.
