Ordered a dumpster from them a week in advance to be delivered on the following Friday. Guys show up Saturday morning, no dumpster. Called Casella and the girl tells me,"oh yeah, it looks like we ran out of time yesterday but it's coming some time today." They never even called me to let me know. She said, "Oh, well someone should have.
This business deserves a rating of 0, I own a construction business and use many dumpsters per year. This past spring I started using casella,the very first container I ordered was delivered to the wrong address wich was completely their fault.I had workers waiting to load the dumpster at the house we were working at and it never showed.when I called them they insisted they delivered it hours ago and I had to argue with them that it was not there.
