Very poor. Local ordinance prohibits dumpster emptying before 7:00 AM, but they frequently arrive before 7 and wake up the entire neighborhood by dropping the dumpsters onto the pavement. One of the Casella drivers recently backed into one of our trees and broke off one of the branches.
