This company is shady. They tell you one price and make you pay another. Then they try and hide your so called contract. They only give it to you upon request. They have so many extra fees and surcharges. They dont specify the cost of the surcharges in the contact so that they can randomly increase them at any time. If you want to terminate early, its costs an arm and a leg. Terrible company.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Numerous times our trash would sit out there for 3-4 days with no pickup. Even after calling they would respond we will get it in a couple of days. Wish I could give zero stars

Stole our security deposit for services never provided, and had every excuse to why they couldn’t pick up the garbage we paid for……avoid theses thieves at all cost

DO NOT USE....After having been lied to for three weeks I am now going with another. If I could give 0 stars I would. Lie after lie after lie. They did not pick up for 3 weeks!!! Then they offer 1 week credit!!! Why one week instead of 3? Because the bin is too heavy for normal pickup??? What ? Say that again! You don't pick up (a service I paid for) then want to charge me extra for your failure. Do your self a favor..read the reviews (something I did not do) and get another company. Or if your near a recycling pant like ALP... read more
