It's not an issue of his competence, though he sometimes seems to think by us asking him questions, it is. Dr. Casella did a nice job w/ my young son. He spoke kindly to him. With my wife, though, he did a poor job communicating. She is quite aware of her health issues, but when she brought up what she's dealt w/ in the past, it's like he felt challenged and needed to prove himself. His attitude put her in tears. We probably won't see him again, though we wouldn't discourage others from seeing him.

Dr Casella is a great practitioner. I would highly recommend him as a primary care physician. I feel he is honest and trust him with my health care issues.
Dr. Casella has been our family doctor for close to 20 years. Until this date, he has maintained an excellent quality of service. He has always been there when we need him, regardless of how minor our needs may seem.
He's a great all around family doctor, our family has been seeing him for years, he really cares about you and your kids. Great at diagnosing various issues that have come up, spends plenty of time talking with you during visits. Great outlook, inspiring, personable, very knowledgeable. Highly recommend him!!
Dr. Casella has been my doctor for years. He is such a pleasant person & gets right to the point! Your health is his best interest!
Dr. Casella is wonderful but the office staff can be hit or miss. I have been rushed off of the phone without being able to explain exactly what was wrong or the complete extent of the issue that I needed to speak with the doctor about. Once I called because of a severe allergic reaction to a medicine and was told a nurse would call me. Never did, when I called back 3 hours later I was treated rather abruptly and did not ever get a call from the nurse.
Dr Casella is wonderful. My husband and I both see him. The office personal are not helpful, no one seems to know what the charges are for how much and they change every month. Billing methods are a joke. Office personal tell you with out insurance the office visit is $80.00, then you receive their bill for much much more. And you are stuck paying the extra. You are better off going to urgent care without insurance, it is much cheaper and their always available.
I would recommend him to everyone, wouldn't think about going anywhere else
