Very disappointing experience with this business. Took a Steinhart watch in to get serviced and they said "they only worked on the expensive watches". Steinhart is certainly no Rolex but it does have the same movement that Rolex used in their Tudor brand for years. Tells me everything I need to know about buying anything from them.
Started out good, but asked a simple question and got a rude response…don’t ask about a warranty for repairs! Fingers crossed the repair lasts!!!
