Awful customer service. I have never been able to successfully make an appointment on the first call. It typically takes at least three attempts, followed by waiting more than 15 minutes to speak with someone. When you get there, the reception staff are consistently rude and show a clear lack of concern for patients every time I visit. I only go there because I had to for my university insurance. They seem to avoid helping patients whenever possible.

Whoever you have answering your phone needs to be trained on customer service. I was rushed and rudely interrupted numerous times for simply asking how to become a patient and asking for an estimate for a service. Appalling behavior. Do better!!

Those of you who are saying you couldn’t even get scheduled, consider yourselves lucky. Once you get in for an appointment is when your life will be ruined. Fundamental attribution errors Disability discrimination Failure to properly diagnose leading to other severe health issues and tooth loss Patient abandonment Unethical referrals Falsification of records Absolute breach of standards of care That’s what will happen if you can get past the just plain nasty desk staff. Do not go here!! Went in for a rootcanal, half way through the endodontist states that he couldn't finish it because the cavity was too deep and told me to go have my tooth extracted. I went to another dentist and he was able to finish the root canal. Always get a second opinion.
