I called this place at least 15 times to schedule a consultation appointment to get my wisdom teeth removed and no one ever answered. I left 4 voicemails with all the information they asked for on the recording and never received a call back. Good luck scheduling an appointment here.
Despite being referred here for their “expertise” and my children's complex dental needs, CWRU dental clinic is extremely broken and fragmented. Instead we got 15 months of endless appointments, literally over ten visits that could’ve easily been condensed into two or three, horrible communication between the departments and lack of a coordinated treatment plan. We left out of frustration. Be weary of any dentist who refers you to this place. Disorganized and chaotic.
