Great Choice for us! Our son in law, in the Syracuse construction business for 30 years, recommended Case Supply, said he'd heard "only good things". We interviewed two other companies and decided that Case seemed a good fit . Stephanie Alant was our guiding star, and Star she was. She scoured the books for sales and discounts among the cabinet companies, worked with us for trim design options, the sink types and pulls, and was super prompt in returning our calls and messages. No customer service!! If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They take no responsibility AT ALL for a mistake made by their sales person, and have placed the blame solely on us - when there is absolutely NO BENEFIT to us bringing up an issue. We went through 3 different sales people, and ended up with the wrong color cabinets.
