Folks! Don’t be fooled by the razzle dazzle of the website. It’s all purely smoke and mirrors. Despite stating that their Head Office on the Central Coast is in Budgewoi. There isn’t one!! Nor do they now have any plumbers to service any previous work done. Like mine. Let me explain…. I had a new set of taps and under sink stop valves done for $400 in April 23’. A month later the hot water tap starts presenting solid issues. I call the plumber who installed them, sending him a video of the issue also. He tells me that the ta... read more

We had our 29 year old hot water system die suddenly on a Friday night. Called Case Plumbing and we had hot water again by Monday lunchtime. Great communication, fast response, good rates, and Jesse was presentable and did everything as promised. Number saved!
