TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. i was trying to order a dozen cookies and brownies and i was talked to like an idiot. I had a few questions about how to order and i didn’t realize i could only have one kind of brownie for all 12 and i asked about the frosting and she said “bingo you got one right” as if i’m supposed to know everything. I proceeded to tell them i’m not ordering from a rude business and hung up. The manager was also rude when i called back so it makes sense where they get their customer service from.
