I would not recommend living here. Property manager “Joey”, can almost never be reached, is rude, has no people skills, and doesn’t want to do his job. He often complains to everyone about the other tenants, but, boasts about living for free in his apartment. Even the maintenance crew are miserable. I had the janitor pick up the phone, and start yelling at me because he was frustrated I couldn’t hear him. Hallway tends to smell of rotting garbage, packages are often stolen. Awful customer representatives 🤮
Building opened in Spring 2018 and the developers did a very nice job with it. The furnishings and decor in the units are contemporary and of good quality. While it’s downtown so inevitably a little noise, the building itself is quiet and good for young professionals. Only suggested improvements would be with customer service (need a ticketing system instead of just randomly emailing a few people and hoping for response) and recycling (currently the building only has trash).
