Everything about my experience with CASE Flooring was great. Dwight is so friendly, patient, kind, and understanding. He seemed to want us to love our new floors almost as much as we did. He had to answer a lot of questions, show us a lot of samples, and draft quite a few quotes before we finally made a decision. At no time during our indecisiveness did he seem annoyed. CASE has incredible prices and has been so great to work with! We tried to do a DIY at home and couldn’t get the floor right. After I finally admitted defeat, I turned to Dwight and Angie who had already been incredibly helpful earlier this year. He was able to get someone out to do the install the same day. It cost less than I could have found anywhere else and they did a fantastic job. I am so happy - they are definitely my go-to for hard flooring every time!
After 2+ years of shopping around, trying to decide if it was time to pull the plug to do the floors, we came across Dwight and his company and finally decided to go for it. They had the color we were looking for, available right away, and at an affordable price. He came same day to provide a quote, and we started the project the following week.
