I was scheduled for a bathroom remodel consultation this morning at 9 a.m. At 9:15 they called to say they couldn't come and had no availability until late August. I guess that's their not so subtle way of saying they aren't interested in my business.

Way to go Case. We saw your ad in mailer we received at our home. We called and an agent came out to give us estimate on remodeling our bathroom. WE NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN! We reached out and continued to get ignored. I guess Case doesn't want our business.
Case is an amazing company with excellent attention to detail. The design team to their field staff is top notch!
