Very sick and disappointed in their excuses, bad behavior and lack of assistance. Dropped off taxes Feb 27th and after leaving 2 phone messages that were never returned finally received a call late afternoon on April 12th stating there would be a penalty owed if not ready by the 15th. Up until that point was unaware how much I owed. We do not itemize so the filing should not take almost 2 months to complete. Mistake was made on my taxes and after going to office day after day it was never resolved. He lives in Chicago so makes that drive out but not ever day.. After years of going there I will never go back. Not a way to treat clients

I dropped my taxes off in early March there. I got them back the 25th of July and end having to pay a late fee because they were filed late. I will never go back. I just can’t believe that it take 5 months to do taxes.
A robot doesn't answer when you call Casco. Amazingly, a real person answers. Staff including Roger the CPA were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. They treated me like a human being, not just another client. Tax season is a pain in the neck but Roger and his staff made it almost a pleasure.
