Very sick and disappointed in their excuses, bad behavior and lack of assistance. Dropped off taxes Feb 27th and after leaving 2 phone messages that were never returned finally received a call late afternoon on April 12th stating there would be a penalty owed if not ready by the 15th. Up until that point was unaware how much I owed. We do not itemize so the filing should not take almost 2 months to complete.
