For the past several years I have been experiencing increasing pain and loss of strength in my back and legs due to facet joint osteoarthritis and sciatica. My spine doctors recommended that I pursue treatment at Casco Bay Physical Therapy to potentially alleviate my symptoms. Allison is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She provides reassuring and manageable steps to help heal and fills a much needed role in post-partum care. I can't recommend her enough. Every new mom should go see her!
