Other than the rumor that it's not a BMW detailer and the doctor asks clarifying questions, I love it here! The office admin and point of contact, Ashley, is so fast to respond and very personable. She's professional, but casual and conversational when the mood calls for it. Very disarming and friendly. The doctor guided our first consultation expertly and although my anxiety was peaking just before the call, within less than a minute, I felt relaxed. Was saying I lost most of my hair from life support and Dr. presumptuously blurted out “IV drug use?” like DAMN I’m trying to think of a time I was more disrespected by a professional and none comes to mind. Like you’re the one sitting in a moldy post-apocalyptic office downtown absolutely surrounded by crackheads.??? I was a little nervous parking my BMW there with my kid, actually.
