Fantastic way to see the Bay explore the islands! I recommend the Peaks Island ferry to everyone I know. It’s so fun to rent bikes and explore the beautiful, scenic island!
Capt. Catherine has a small charter (6 max) and is knowledge, funny, and makes everyone feel welcome.
Nice relaxing cruise on Casco Bay to Bailey Island. Boat crew friendly and helpful. Enjoyed a nice lunch on the island

Well managed and safety conscious
My husband just waited THREE hours for a return ferry from peaks with our one year old son. When the THIRD boat came and filled up, he was the first one cut off from loading. When a woman graciously offered her spot to him and my son, who had been crying for hours at this point, the staff would not allow them to switch. If you are a parent, you can imagine what a nightmare this was. He couldn’t even leave his spot to change a diaper, or get some relief from the sun or the huge crowd of strangers.
