I bought my car in April, May brought it in because the sunroof was leaking, they kept it for almost two weeks, and when I got it back the inside was covered in dirty and grease. Their detailing team was supposed to clean it from top to bottom, and get the water stains out of the liner, they even gave Derrick, the one I had been working with in the service department, the thumbs up that it was all cleaned out and ready to go. Love these guys - especially Nate. Very attentive. Recently (05/09/25) had my car detailed - there was a crazy, unanticipated glitch and car stayed overnight, and Service Desk (Yarmouth, Maine) went above and beyond finding solutions (Got a discount that I wasn't expecting and they delivered the car to my front door) SCORE! Please share with the woman at service desk - she doesn't deserve the fact that I forgot her first name! She was Ah-Maze-Ing!
