I was on a trip to Maine from NYC with 6 of my friends, out of which 3 of us ended up either popping a lens out of our glasses or needing tightening. TJ and the front staff were so kind and took care of it for us free of charge in under a minute. Having been turned down once already at another spot, we were nervous about encountering another letdown. But this office saved our entire trip. We’re so grateful for them! It’s truly a great place!

Great place to go. They helped me I got my glasses from somewhere else and they told me they where to small for my face so had to get a new pair the place where I got my glasses never told me that and they did. There very kind there they take care of there clients. I wish they where open on Saturdays too that would be cool and helpful. I definitely recommend them for the eye place.

Amazing team, exceptionally kind & helpful! I flew home unexpectedly for a family emergency, and ran out of contact lenses when I stayed longer than expected. Despite having not been their patient in about a decade, Casco Bay EyeCare helped me get another week’s worth of lenses, even getting them to me the same day I called. Special shoutout to Julie for taking such good care of me!
