Has Been Doesn't Make It So – Thinking it is important to support the local restaurants, my daughter and I went to dinner on a Saturday night. The place was very busy. It is always busy and therein lies the mystery. The service is terrible and insulting on top of it, the food is meager by other Italian restaurant standards in Omaha, and not that well prepared. inexpensive and good – This is a resturaunt which is a blessing to Omaha. A place where you can have very good food at an even better price. The Cascio's work very hard at making sure the food is prepared the way it should be and I have never had anything but stellar service there. Granted, this is not five star Italian food. Some of the tomato sauces seem like somebody poured them from a can, but overall the food is done well.
