HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE — COMPLETE DISASTER FROM START TO FINISH It is honestly hard to believe that Carl is an attorney and still has a license to perform title work for real estate transactions. We recently sold our home in Deerfield Beach, and apparently the buyers chose to use Carl's firm. From the beginning, the experience was an absolute disaster. Dianne Doran, your Carl Cascio’s wife. In my opinion, you may want to disclose that. For an attorney, I would think Carl Cascio would have suggested that you disclose that you were his wife also. Many people count on the reviews, being fair and unbiased, in my opinion, this does not seem fair and unbiased. I had my attorney check into Carl Cascio and it looks like he has a couple lawsuits against him for legal malpractice.

Mr Cascio has represented myself, and family in land litigation, tile work, and estate planing. He is assessable, thorough, and is fair in billing. I Would highly recommend his office .
