Ordered a double cheeseburger at the S. Airport &Garfield store at 12:05 pm, one car ahead of me. Spent the next 30 minutes sitting behind the car while the window was having some sort of conversation. There was only 1 woman the car so the order wasn't big but instead of them having her pull forward and serve the now 5 cars behind her she stayed at the window. When I got to the window I told them to keep the burger because it was probably cold anyway. Ridiculous!
They are okay
very rude ignored us multiple times
They gave our food away And made us wait 20 minutes in drive thru
