Slumlords , tenants put there trash on various floors instead going all the way down to the dumpster . Hiding trash causes , bug , rats , flies and germs in the building. It stinks is rotten at times and so many weirdos in and out the building. $1150 + water sewage gas is too much
This place is way overpriced and you have to pay for your own water, sewer, garbage.
Idk why there is so many negative reviews. Nickolas is a great property manager, and maintenance keeps the building in good shape… If you love an amazing view, then this is the place for you!! Nothing feels better than looking out my window. Day or night, it doesn’t matter. STRAIGHT BEAUTIFUL!!!

Deathtrap ! Run & dont look back. Learned the hard way the bad reviews are true. Evil resides at The Cascadian . Its like a building where the hidden owner experiments on the tenants. Ask how many people have died or became deathly ill living in the Cascadian , how many threats and unsettling events have gone on here ???
