Regentrifying. Has a way to go. Always well-refreshed for new tenants.
The owner is very friendly, quick to respond, and easy to communciate with. Great downtown location close to restaurants and shops. Apartment was clean, and well kept.
Slumlords , tenants put there trash on various floors instead going all the way down to the dumpster . Hiding trash causes , bug , rats , flies and germs in the building. It stinks is rotten at times and so many weirdos in and out the building. $1150 + water sewage gas is too much
This place is way overpriced and you have to pay for your own water, sewer, garbage.
