Cascadia Village is a lovely little gem of a building tucked away in a wooded corner of a quiet, family neighborhood. Jessica Clemence of sales is an expert in our area and very involved in the community!
The caregivers and food personnel as well as the actities people are great. Could not find a better care staff. The management will look you.right in the eye and lie to you then tell you you can't come back after a hospital stay. I was even a long term resident. I was told by one management member that there was no problem if I returned and was toldless than a week later I was not welcome this was after a long timeof them telling me how much they missed and couldn't wait for me to come back. Jessica the Director of Sales and Outreach is an expert in all things Senior Living in Sandy. She is resident focoused and pays attention to detail. She is also a huge asset for the entire Sandy Community as she is also a Chamber Ambassador. With that she navigates the ins and outs of Senior Living with knowledge on topics, issues, and finds resolutions with partners in the Sandy area. I recommend Jessica 100 percent! Jessica went out of her way to care for my loved-one. She even literally went the extra mile(s) to assist in my loved-one’s transition when they had to move away to a higher level of care. She consistently comforted my loved-one, and made me feel that her care was sincere. One thing I did find challenging sometimes was the high turnover rate of employees but the new company/admin/management seems to have addressed this.
