House keeping and management are amazing. Med techs and caregivers love the residents and it showed.
My mom is having a great time at Cascadia Village for the past few years. Being the social butterfly that she is, there is plenty to keep her busy! Great staff, good food and beautiful building and grounds
When I went to visit my aunt the other day, I was so happy with her care staff. They were so attentive and friendly. Which saddens me even more to say there was 2 staff members standing around near an office speaking so awful and casually about other staff members. It was so inappropriate and made me sad to see that could possibly be the environment my aunt is living in. One of the girls had a med cup in one and hand, and the others name tag said “scheduling coordinator” I sure hope that’s no one in upper management, because... read more
