Good, simple food & drinks
We went to Cascadia for their Easter brunch, the first time Cascadia was doing this in a couple of years I was told. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with smiles and staff welcoming us, directing us where the brunch was taking place and seating us at our table. Serious kudos to the staff for their welcoming attitude. The brunch itself had excellent food with entire stations for appetizers, main courses, a carving station and of course dessert (see vid for the dessert station, yeh!). First time in Tigard Oregon, here for an overnight work stay. I drove down, since it’s only 3 hours from Seattle. Leaving early to beat traffic, I arrived very early. The Awesome front desk person, found a room for me so I could check in early 😃 On top of that, I was able to enjoy the Delicious Breakfast, served 6:30-9:30 with an onsite omelette creating chef 😃👍🏾
