Such a gift to have this locally owned pharmacy in our neighborhood. Since bartells sold to CVS there aren't many independent owned pharmacies out there...thr retails chains are all beholden to metrics, limited help, etc. And it really shows up in the customer care aspect. Dispensing meds and giving shots.has turned into a quantity game but cascadia remembers the quality aspect is equally important.
Friendly and fast staff! I never realized how great it was to have a local neighborhood pharmacy after ditching Walgreens/CVS. The pharmacy staff was reachable on phone and retail associates were knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Recommend Cascadia to all!
I am hoping this little gem of a pharmacy will be in the neighborhood forever. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and have given me some solid skincare and supplement recommendations (which is impressive because I have very temperamental skin.) Pharmacy is fast with filling prescriptions. They also carry some of my favorite snacks and fancy soaps.
