Ashley is incredible. She is kind, patient, extremely knowledgeable and able to tackle any and all feeding questions, concerns and challenges. She supported us to meet our breastfeeding goals as well as how to manage nights (pumping & introducing a bottle) to maximize sleep and involve both partners in feeding. Whatever your feeding goals she can help you build a plan to meet them. Highly recommend!
I worked with Ashley and Breanna for my little one who had some feeding challenges at the beginning. They did a great job helping me to navigate breastfeeding, then transitioning to solid foods, and now transitioning off formula. They are great, non-judgmental, and very supportive while offering you advice to give your baby the best chance.
Cascadia Lactation has been essential in my baby-feeding journey. I recieved support first from Breanna during the first few weeks of my newborn's life. She was able to help us identify a tongue-tie, and provided us with bodywork professionals to recieve care for to make sure that doing a frenotomy was the right call. My son had severe neck trauma from birth, and she was able to help us find new positions to nurse that wouldn't cause him pain (and therefore help him drink better!)
