I had the pleasure of renting a townhome built by Cascadia homes for over a year and a half. I cannot stress what a pleasant experience it has been to live in such a beautiful property! I have had the pleasure of working with Cascadia Homes on multiple transactions. I am always amazed at how perfect his homes are at the final walk through! I've never seen a builder take so much pride in his finished product and I would absolutely refer any buyers to this builder. He's one of the rare builders left that creates a seamless, well thought out product. He's always thinking if he were the buyer and planning out how the home would function. Fair pricing, prompt response!
Well-built homes with responsive builder. After a year we are happy with our homes construction and the Cascadia Team. We only habd a few very minor problems that have been addressed.
We hired Brian and his team to build our dream home in 2017. Overall were happy with our home, but we feel as though we had been put on the back burner several times during construction, and then when work was done, it was rushed. We have uneven walls and crooked drywall in several places throughout our house and tile work that really seems botched and done with little attention to detail. This is just a few of our issues.
